Affordable Mixing / Production Studio Rates

Mixing is where your recording becomes a record. I work with bands and artists anywhere in the world: you don't need to be near me, or record with me, to get your project mixed. Send me your tracks, and I'll take care of the rest.

Using a combination of analog-modeled and digital tools, I clean, balance, and shape your tracks — setting levels, applying effects, and deciding where everything sits in the stereo image — to give your song a cohesive, professional sound.

Sending me your tracks If you recorded elsewhere and want me to mix your project, here's what I need:

• Export individual tracks (stems) from your DAW — no mixing already applied.

• Turn off all sound-processing effects before exporting: EQ, reverb, compression, delay. (Character effects like flanger or chorus that are part of the performance can stay.)

• Make sure each track is clearly named (e.g. Main Vocals, Chorus Vocals, Snare Top, Snare Bottom, Overhead Left, Overhead Right, Bass DI, Bass Distorted).

• Include your original demo mix, any reference tracks, and your mix notes.

• Name the folder ArtistName_SongName_BPM, then zip it — e.g. TheBabes_GoldStar_125BPM.zip.

• Send everything via WeTransfer.

Turnaround Every project is different — turnaround depends on how many tracks there are, how much editing they need, and how the recording itself went. As a general guide, allow from a week onwards. I'll always give you a realistic estimate once I've seen your tracks, and if you're on a deadline, let me know upfront so we can plan around it.
